To all fishing vessels operating and transshipping in FSM ports, in accordance with the FSM Presidential Decree on COVID-19 signed April 03, 2020, all PS transshipment will be occurring in the transshipment designated areas beyond 3nm of Pohnpei along with the other states.
Assignment of designated transshipment areas will change from time to time, as NORMA and DOJ collaborate to find the best suitable Quadrant to designate, noting weather and sea conditions.
