The Pacific Islands Forum Fisheries invites applications for the following positions:
1. Labour Standards Advisor
Reporting to the Director of Fisheries Development Division, you will ensure clear regional labour standards are effectively promoted, implemented, monitored, and enforced at the national level for flagged fishing vessels. This is a two-year opportunity with possible renewal for another two years.
2. Manager Human Resources
Reporting to the Director Corporate Services, your primary responsibility is to provide strategic and operational advice to the Executives and Management team. You will also work with the Manager Organizational Transformation to change our approach to staff performance management, strategic Human Resources, and learning and development.
3. Human Resource Coordinator
You will be second-in-command and work alongside the Manager Human Resources to implement and supervise HR services into the broader organisation. Some of the HR areas you will be working on include recruitment, contract management, HR project planning and reporting, and special projects. In this role, you will be 2IC to the Manager Human Resources, with days where you will be required to step up into the Manager Human Resources role.
