PROVISION OF FISHERIES SAMPLE TESTING
CONTRACT REFERENCE: FM-NORMA-165684-NC-RFQ
The Government of the Federated States of Micronesia’s (FSM) National Oceanic Resource Management Authority (NORMA) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Pacific Regional Oceanscape Program, and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards the procurement of laboratory services for fish and water samples testing.
FSM NORMA is now seeking offers from suitably qualified and experienced service providers to provide laboratory services. It is expected that qualified laboratories shall provide a quotation or proposal that may involve the following: Proposetesting/analysis of potable water and fish samples from vessels and/or facilities in the Federated States of Micronesia for chemical/heavy metal, microbial and other tests in line with European Union requirements.
Bidding will be conducted through the non-consulting services procedures specified in the Guidelines for Procurement of Goods, Works, and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers, January 2011 andRevised July 2014 and is open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the Guidelines.
Interested eligible service providers can obtain further information from and must also request a formal Invitation To Quote (ITQ) preferably by April 24, 2020 (Pohnpei Local Time) from the following email address. Quotations in English in response to ITQs must be delivered to the address below at or before 5:00 p.m., 30 April 2020 (Pohnpei local time). Late quotations may be rejected and FSM NORMA reserves the right to reject any and all quotations submitted. Quotations may be submitted by email, courier or delivered by hand to the address below:
