HOW TO GET PROJECT INFORMATION OR SUBMIT A COMPLAINT ON THE FSM PROP PROJECT

Any person, group or community can make a complaint or grievance, ask for information on the project, or get in touch for any reason.  FSM NORMA PROP PROJECT can receive COMPLAINTS on the environmental and social performance of the PROP project at the National Oceanic Resource Management Authority (NORMA) in the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM).

There is a set process for timely and effective receiving, recording, addressing and closing out complaints to ensure rights and interests of every person affected by poor environmental performance or social management of the project are protected.  The process allows for resolution of complaints immediately by project implementers on site, by project staff, mediators or a designated complaints committee prior to referral to the court system.
